You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile information at any time through your account settings.

Electronic Notarization Facility (ENF)

When you use our electronic notarization services, we process additional sensitive personal information as required by Philippine Supreme Court rules. This data is collected and retained per A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC.

Electronic Notarization Data

•Government-issued ID images (front and back)
•Selfie photographs for identity verification
•Biometric data including facial recognition and liveness detection
•Digital signatures and signature images
•Notarized document copies
•Electronic notarial certificates

Retention Period: 5 years after commission end date (per A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC)

Remote Notarization Sessions

•Video and audio recordings of notarization sessions
•Session metadata (date, time, duration, participants)
•IP addresses and geolocation data of all participants
•Device information and browser details
•Screen recordings where applicable

Retention Period: 5 years (legal obligation and consent-based)

Identity Verification (e-KYC)

•Facial biometric templates for liveness detection
•ID document verification results
•Face matching scores and verification status
•Anti-spoofing detection results
•Verification timestamps and audit trails

Retention Period: 5 years (legal obligation for notarial services)

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process ENF data based on: (1) Legal obligation - compliance with Supreme Court Rules on Electronic Notarization (A.M. No. 24-10-14-SC), (2) Consent - your explicit consent for biometric data and video recording, and (3) Legitimate interest - fraud prevention and security.
